Why Mylands?
Made in London since 1884 by the capital's last paint maker, still run by the Myland family, now in its sixth generation. Our colours are not only beautiful on the card: the paint that carries them is made to last.
Marble Matt, our signature finish
Made with real crushed Carrara marble. It gives a deep, velvety matt that absorbs light rather than bouncing it back: colours gain a depth that is rare in France, and small flaws in the wall disappear.
Rich in pigment
Natural pigments, ground in-house and generously loaded. The colour stays true from morning to evening, in the changing light of your rooms, and covers in fewer coats.
Matt, yet washable
Class 1, the best there is, in the wet-scrub test (EN 13300). The deep matt usually kept for quiet rooms also holds up in a hallway or a child's bedroom.
Durable and scratch-resistant
A hard film once dry, which stands up to scratches, scuffs and the sponge. A finish that keeps its first-day look, year after year.
Water-based, low VOC
A water-based paint, low in volatile organic compounds, with no strong smell. Paint a bedroom and sleep in it the same night.
Child and pet safe
Compliant with EN 71-3 on toy safety: once dry, the paint is right for a child's bedroom, a nursery, and the rooms your pets live in.
Generous coverage
Up to 17 m² per litre per coat. A 2.5 L tin does a whole bedroom in two coats.
