Stockist Network Development Manager (M/F)€28,000 – €34,000 gross/year + commissionCDI

Mylands, the London paint house founded in 1884, is continuing its expansion into the French market. To make our colours available throughout France, we are creating a role dedicated to growing our network of stockists: decoration shops, fine hardware stores, concept stores and specialist retailers.

Reporting to the sales director, you will identify and approach retailers likely to carry our paints, negotiate new accounts and support every new stockist through their launch: installing colour-card displays, training sales teams, running in-store events and managing re-orders. You will build lasting relationships with each partner and track the performance of your portfolio.

With a commercial background, you have a successful first experience in network development or B2B sales, ideally in decoration, building products or premium consumer goods. Autonomous and persistent, you enjoy being out in the field, know how to open doors and can champion a premium positioning. Regular travel across France is expected; a full driving licence is essential.

We offer a permanent contract (CDI) with a fixed salary of €28,000 to €34,000 gross per year depending on experience, an uncapped commission scheme linked to new accounts, a vehicle for your travel, and the rare opportunity to build a distribution network almost from scratch for a brand with exceptional heritage.

Trade Programme Development Executive (M/F)€28,000 – €34,000 gross/year + commissionCDI

The Mylands trade programme gives interior designers, decorators, painters and building firms preferential terms, dedicated colour support and priority access to new launches. To grow this community, we are hiring a development executive fully dedicated to it.

Your mission: raise awareness of the programme and recruit new members. You will approach design studios, painting contractors and builders, present the programme benefits, guide registrations through our online trade area and support your members over time to grow their purchase volumes. You will also represent the brand at trade shows and professional events.

A natural relationship-builder, you have a successful first sales experience, ideally with building or decoration professionals. You understand the expectations of tradespeople as well as design prescribers, and know how to adapt your pitch to each. An eye for colour, decoration and fine materials will set you apart.

Permanent contract (CDI), fixed salary of €28,000 to €34,000 gross per year depending on experience, plus an attractive commission scheme based on sign-ups and the revenue generated by your portfolio. You will join a small, passionate team with real prospects for growth as the brand develops in France.

Marketing Assistant (M/F)€26,000 – €30,000 gross/yearCDI

To support the launch of Mylands on the French market, we are looking for a versatile marketing assistant. Within a small team, you will contribute to everything that raises the brand profile: digital campaigns, social media, newsletters, press relations and events.

Day to day, you will run our social channels (content creation, scheduling, community management), prepare and send our newsletters, keep website content up to date, coordinate photo shoots of our colours and interiors, and help the team organise press and trade events. You will track the performance of every action and suggest improvements.

With a marketing or communications degree, you have first experience (internships and apprenticeships count) in digital marketing, ideally in the home, design or lifestyle sector. Creative and meticulous, you write flawless French and have good English for working with the mother house in London. Canva or Adobe suite skills are a plus.

Permanent contract (CDI) based in France, salary of €26,000 to €30,000 gross per year depending on profile. You will join a brand with unique heritage — supplier to the greatest film studios and London theatres — at a pivotal moment in its French story, with plenty of creative freedom and a wide variety of projects.

PHP / Laravel Developer (M/F)€45,000 – €55,000 gross/yearCDI

Our online shop is at the heart of the Mylands experience in France: colour catalogue, digital colour card, room visualiser, trade area and a bespoke checkout. We are looking for a PHP/Laravel developer to keep building it and to guarantee a level of quality worthy of our paints.

Within the technical team, you will design and build new features on our Laravel platform (Blade/Tailwind/Alpine front end, Filament back office), improve performance and SEO, integrate our business tools (payments, logistics, e-mailing) and contribute to architecture decisions. You will help drive code quality: tests, reviews, documentation.

You have at least three years of modern PHP experience, including significant production experience with Laravel. Comfortable with Eloquent, queues, automated testing and Git, you have worked on e-commerce or high-traffic sites. Curious and rigorous, you care about well-crafted work and a well-finished product — a taste for decoration is no bad thing.

Permanent contract (CDI), salary of €45,000 to €55,000 gross per year depending on experience, with partial remote working possible. You will work on a modern, well-documented codebase, with genuinely interesting technical challenges (colour visualisation, multilingual catalogue, logistics integrations) and a direct impact on our customers' experience.
