Safety & compliance

Safety data sheets

One sheet per formulation, whatever the colour. Find the safety data sheets (SDS) for our products here, in the regulatory 16-section format, grouped by range and downloadable as PDF. Colour does not change the formulation: the "Marble Matt Emulsion" sheet covers every shade. Each sheet is offered in French, with the English original alongside.

Paints

Interior & exterior paints

One sheet per finish. Every colour in a finish shares the same formulation — and therefore the same safety data sheet.

Surface preparation

Primers & undercoats

The primers and undercoats that go on before the topcoat, for walls, woodwork and difficult surfaces.

Mylands wood stains on different timbers

Wood care

Wood stains

Water-, spirit- and solvent-based stains for colouring timber before it is finished. One sheet per range, whatever the shade.

How to read a safety data sheet

01

What it contains

A regulatory document in 16 sections (REACH, Annex II): identification, hazards, composition, first aid, fire-fighting measures, handling and storage, personal protection, physical properties, transport, disposal…

02

Where to start

Before opening the tin, read section 2 (hazard identification), section 7 (handling and storage) and section 8 (personal protection). On site, keep the sheet with the product.

03

French and English

Each sheet is available in French and, alongside it, in its original English version — handy for an international site or a compliance file. The full technical data sheet (coverage, drying times, application) is on each product's own page.
