Meet the makers for London Craft Week: we welcome you to our West Norwood showroom for an exhibition showcasing our expert craftsmanship. On Thursday 15th May, join us for complimentary colour discovery sessions celebrating the launch of our Colour Consultancy service.
Colour enthusiasts are invited to the newly opened Mylands Factory Showroom in West Norwood to immerse themselves in the artistry and heritage that has defined Mylands for over 140 years.

To celebrate the launch of our colour consultation service, our colour experts will offer 30-minute individual, personalised complimentary colour discovery sessions at the showroom. Whether you'd like advice on a specific project or expert knowledge on colour placement and combination, our team of expert consultants is here to help. Colour discovery sessions are an integral part of our Bespoke Colour Consultancy service; this initial conversation lets us understand your project, discuss your vision and outline how our expertise can bring your dream interiors to life.
How to book your colour discovery session
Information and booking: please email bonjour@mylands.fr or call our customer service team on 05 82 95 11 03. In your request, specify your name, a contact phone number and a preferred time. Booking is strongly advised; while we welcome drop-ins, we strongly recommend booking your 30-minute session in advance.

Monday 12th to Friday 16th May 2025. This London Craft Week, Mylands opens the doors to its newly launched Factory Showroom in Lambeth with Paint Uncovered: The Craft Behind the Colour, an immersive exhibition celebrating 140 years of British paintmaking expertise. Set beside the very factory where all Mylands paints have been crafted since 1884, the showroom offers a rare chance to explore the artistry behind our distinctive colours and industry-leading finishes.
As one of the last remaining family-owned paint manufacturers in the UK, the Mylands team, colour experts, craftspeople and chemists, will be on site to offer insight, advice and live demonstrations throughout the week. Visitors can experience Mylands' finest formulations first-hand, from our signature Marble Matt® finish to our hand-blended metallics, with demonstration boards showcasing the depth and texture that set our paints apart.

Dominic Myland, owner and CEO, will be present during the week to personally welcome visitors and share insights into the company's unique approach to colour and quality, underscoring the deeply personal nature of this multi-generational business, where heritage and innovation go hand in hand.
OUR EXHIBITION HIGHLIGHTS: THE MAKING OF THE COLOUR GLASS WITH BEATA HEUMAN, AND AN OUTDOOR DISPLAY BY JINNY BLOM
Our London Craft Week exhibition highlights Mylands' collaboration with renowned interior designer Beata Heuman, specifically the craftsmanship behind Glass BH.09, a refined pale mint created for The Dependables collection, a nuanced hue that perfectly illustrates the sensitivity and technical skill required to bring a designer's vision to life.
Also on display is a beautifully styled outdoor installation by landscape designer Jinny Blom, in partnership with Munder Skies, showcasing furniture in Jinny's shades, an inspiring vision for bringing colour into garden and exterior spaces.
