We're delighted to announce that Mylands has been granted use of the Royal Warrant by His Majesty The King. Royal Warrants are awarded to companies that have regularly supplied goods or services to the Royal Household, and this prestigious endorsement recognises Mylands' expert craftsmanship and dedicated team.

It reaffirms our commitment to excellence, craftsmanship and pioneering dedication to sustainable practices, continuing a legacy of quality dating back to the company's founding 140 years ago in 1884. Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II first granted a Royal Warrant to Mylands in 1985, in recognition of its quality polishes, stains and varnishes, and Mylands products have since been supplied to the Royal Household and palaces over the past 40 years.

"We're proud and delighted that our Royal Warrant has been renewed by His Majesty The King. It's a privilege to supply products to the Royal Household. As Britain's oldest paint manufacturer, we take great pride in preserving excellent craftsmanship while pursuing product innovation to make paint and polishes that are more sustainable without compromising on quality. It's wonderful for our efforts to be recognised, and we'll continue striving for excellence in each product we craft." - Dominic Myland, fourth-generation owner and CEO of Mylands.

By expertly crafting paints and polishes with the finest ingredients at its London factory, Mylands has become synonymous with British heritage and quality; its paints and finishes have graced the walls of some of the most iconic buildings and homes in the UK, as well as film and television sets across the globe. The granting of the Royal Warrant marks a proud milestone in the company's history as it celebrates 140 years of manufacturing as a family business.

Looking to 2025, Mylands is excited to build relationships with fellow Royal Warrant holders and support members of QEST (the Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust), a charity supporting British craftsmanship for which Dominic Myland is a mentor, as Mylands is passionate about the power of collaboration to inspire and innovate. The renewal continues Mylands' historical service to the Royal Household while looking to the future, aligning with the Royal Household's emphasis on sustainability. To showcase its expertise, Mylands has now opened its factory showroom in West Norwood, and will soon offer factory tours and workshops.
