Paint Colour Trends: The Most Popular Paints of Spring 2021
As we continue improving the homes we're spending so much time in, many of us are refreshing our rooms with a new coat of paint. This Spring has thrown up some intriguing colour choices, with customers still going bold, bright and colourful.
Dominic Myland, CEO, said, "Pure White is a permanent fixture on our bestsellers list, but it's been fascinating to see newcomers brimming with confident colour. While Threadneedle No.262 and Beauvais No.195 offer a subtle hint of colour, the bright, rich tones of Burlington Arcade No.216, Bond Street No.219 and Mayfair Dark No.218 show how our customers are really embracing a stronger look. Messel No.39 is another new entry, and greens in general have surged in popularity over the past year."
Here are some of our best-selling colours this Spring.

Threadneedle© No.262:
a refined, understated pale pink, white with a whisper of orange and umber. Threadneedle No.262 is the ideal shade for making other colours pop while adding a rosy warmth of its own. This bestseller leaves interiors looking light, fresh and welcoming.
Pure White© No.1:
a brilliant blend of pure white pigment, China clay and crushed marble. Pure White No.1 has topped the bestseller list for years. It works beautifully on its own, an uncomplicated white scheme bringing peace and serenity, a visual palette cleanser, and it complements any colour on the spectrum.
Burlington Arcade© No.216:
a robust blue and another recent addition to the bestsellers. It has proved popular for adding a cheering shot of blue that's very easy to live with, and it can be styled chic or relaxed to suit your taste.
Bond Street© No.219:
a smart blue originally supplied to a Bond Street property, and a bestseller this year for being timeless and classic. Deep blues like Bond Street No.219 and Mayfair Dark No.218 exude style and sophistication.

Beauvais No.195:
printed as a historic colour in the 1930s Book of Colours and influenced by French tapestry tones, Beauvais No.195 is a bestseller. This sage green plays up its neutral side, making it a perfect fit for spaces where relaxation comes first.
Mayfair Dark© No.218:
this rich indigo was matched to an original wallpaper fragment. It has been hugely popular in living rooms, neither too masculine nor too feminine, and brings instant personality to a home.
